Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how PRESTIGE IT SOLUTIONS INC. ("we", "us"), a corporation registered in the Philippines and the personal information controller for the Service, collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use the TIGOM app (the "Service"). We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and apply the same care to users in other countries.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

Account details: your email address, and your name if you add one.
Money records: accounts, transactions, budgets, bills, loans, team pay rules, and notes that you or members of your groups enter.
Groups and invitations: the groups you create or join, your role in each, and the email addresses you invite.
Messages to us: anything you send when you contact support.

Information collected automatically

Technical data: basic device and app information, sign-in times, and error logs that our hosting provider records to keep the Service secure and working.

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, or bank login details, and we do not connect to your bank accounts.

2. How we use information

To create your account and sign you in with a one-time email code.
To store and show your money records to you and to the people you share a group with.
To send invitations you ask us to send, and important service messages.
To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Who can see your information

Your groups: members of a group can see that group's balances, entries, and member list (names and emails). Your Personal space is visible only to you.
Service providers: we use Supabase to host our database and handle sign-in, and email providers to deliver sign-in codes and invitations. They process data only on our instructions and must protect it.
Legal reasons: we may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or others.

4. Where information is stored

Your information is stored on servers operated by our hosting provider, which may be located outside the Philippines. When information is transferred abroad, we take steps to make sure it stays protected as described in this policy.

5. How we protect information

Information is encrypted in transit. Access is restricted so each person can only reach the groups they belong to, and only with the role they were given. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you and the authorities about a breach where the law requires it.

6. How long we keep information

We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your Personal space and the groups you own, and remove you from other groups. Copies in backups are removed within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep something longer.

7. Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act and similar laws, you have the right to be informed, to access your information, to correct it, to object to processing, to have it deleted, to data portability, and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).

Delete your account any time in Profile > Delete account.
For any other request, email hello@prestigeitsolutions.tech. We will respond within the time the law requires.

8. Children

The Service is not meant for children. You must be 18 or the age of majority where you live to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app before they take effect.
