Delete your account

You can delete your TIGOM account and its data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Fastest

In the app

  1. 1. Open TIGOM and go to the Profile tab.
  2. 2. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
  3. 3. Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

No app?

By email

Email us from the address you sign in with. We’ll confirm it’s you, then delete the account within 30 days.

Email a deletion request

What gets deleted

  • Your profile, sign-in email, and your Personal space with all of its entries.
  • Every group you own, including its entries, for all of its members.
  • Your membership in groups other people own. Their data stays with them.
  • Invitations you sent that haven’t been accepted yet.

What we keep, and for how long

Backup copies are removed within 30 days. We only keep something longer if the law requires it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
